Conditions for refund returns:

1. The restocking return fee for any branded prebuilt notebook is 0% within 15 days of delivery. Shipping fees are not refundable. If this notebook had an operating system, hard drive, memory, warranty or cpu customized (changed the default value) the restocking fee becomes 10%.

2. The restocking return fee for any barebone (shell) notebook is 0% within 15 days of delivery. Shipping fees are not refundable. If a barebone notebook had an operating system customized (changed the default value) the restocking fee becomes 10% plus shipping. Any other alterations do not increase the restocking fee. All warranty for a barebone notebook purchased without a cpu is manufacturer direct. We will not accept any returns for barebone kits purchased without a cpu.

3. The restocking fee for Lenovo, H.P. and Sony notebooks or open box notebooks is 10% within 15 days of delivery.

4. The restocking fee for any products purchased without a notebook is 15%. Any single product weighing over 40lbs is not eligible for returns. Televisions, printers, servers, speakers and any bulky item (s) which weights over 40lbs and/or costs over $4000 is not eligible for returns.

5. You are allowed 15 days from date of delivery to return your product. The item must be received in our warehouse on or by the 15th day (15 days after it was delivered to you).

6. If the product returned has any physical damage, missing parts, missing boxes or packing material the restocking return fee will be reassessed. If the package is not returned in original condition we may decline the return and return it to the customer at the customers expense.

7. You can not have more then 1 item returned within 6 months. For example. If you purchased more then one notebook on the same invoice then you can only return one notebook out of the whole order within 15 days of delivery. If you purchased a single notebook and returned it you will not be able to return another notebook for 6 months.

8. New products are defined as items that were never used by end users and were never sold prior. New products will typically have a factory seal. Customized products will have broken seals. Products that we choose to inspect prior to shipping will have broken seals. A refurbished, used or repaired product will always be advertised as such in plain sight.  If you do not agree to our new product definition please do not purchase our products. 


Instructions for warranty and refund returns:


1. Must fill out all fields marked with an *. If you do not know required fields fill in with "unknown"

2. Must include the rma form in the box you are shipping back. if you do not it will delay the repair process

3. Must wait for email reply with instructions (within a few hours usually)

4. Must double box whole systems. If not double boxed we will not cover shipping damage. Part replacement (ram, hard drives) do not have to be double boxed

5. Your option is for regular or advanced replacement. Advanced replacement means we send you a new replacement part and then you ship back the old. No expense to you. We pay for the shipping both ways. Advanced replacement requires security deposit which is refunded once the broken part is returned. Regular replacement means you send back the broken part and we ship you back a working part. You must specify regular or advanced in the Reason for Return* row.

6. All return shipments must be mailed via UPS or Fedex NOT USPS. Please retain your tracking number and insure your package in case you are shipping at your expense.

7. Please ask for the name of the ups rep who accepted your package and retain proof of pickup.

8. When filling the rma form, field "sku" means model number. Simply enter a sku or model of your part.

9. All notebooks shipped for repair with a hard drive and working operating system installed must NOT be password protected. Please remove any passwords or make an unlocked admin account. If you send a machine locked this will hold up the repair process.
